2. What Is the MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Answer: There is no MOQ so that you can buy only one prom dress from our website. and we can ship single item samples or large orders to worldwide.
3.How are your prices so low?
Answer: We are able to offer our featured collections online in such a low price because we operate at a lower overhead than retail shop. For example, we do not employ a sales staff, all of which add to the cost of operation. Since we do not have to accommodate for these costs, we can pass the savings onto our customers.
4. Can you make a dress according to the pictures I provide?
Answer: We can do it for most ordinary designs. Please email us your pictures with all the specifications. Sometimes the fabrics of the dress you enquired are difficult to find, or the special cut requirements beyond our ability. After our expert designers and dressmakers have reviewed the pictures, we can inform you of whether we can make it.
5. How long would it take to receive prom dress after it has been order from your website?
Answer: We usually take 15-25 days to finish dress. Rush service is sometimes possible for an additional charge. Please contact our customer service representatives for more information.
6. How can I find my size?
Answer: We strongly recommend you have your measurements taken by a professional seamstress /dressmaker to ensure the accurate measurement before buying any dress online. We have provided the standard size chart for you to choose from if you need a standard size dress.
7. Is the colour of the picture display the same colour as the dress?
Answer: Not always. Your monitor and colour correction utilities may change the colors. Different brands of computers, lighting in the room and other variables can also make your eyes receive different colour information. Do not use pictures and magazines as colour swatches since different brands of ink on different types of paper may have different feel.

11. Why did I fail in submitting the order?
Answer: Some of our clients provided feedback on failing in submitting the order. We feel very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the network congestion. 12.Can I return and exchange items?

Due to all the dresses on our website are all custom-made according to the customers measurements, we cannot accommodate exchanges or refunds under any circumstances. 13.What is the delivery time for orders?
All orders will ship out from our factory. After your payment was charged, we'll have 15-25 days to process your order(Because all wedding dresses or evening dresses should be custom-made to fit your body well). You will also immediately receive an email of delivery status from us when your order is shipped out. Usually it will take another 3-7days for TNT,EMS,DHL. Delivery to reach your hand. Normally you can enjoy your selections in 15-25 days after you place an order on our website. we provide our customers Fast Delivery as it's well customer service.
In the event your order cannot be shipped you will be contacted immediately by e-mail and informed the reason for the delay.
14. Do you offer custom designs?
Answer: We aim to satisfy every bride's wishes about creating their dream prom dress. We do custom designs which mean you can change almost anything on any wedding dress for an additional charge to satisfy your wants. Our custom services allow you to make those changes. Here are just a few examples of the modifications we make to our dresses on a regular basis:

15. Can I cancel the order?
Answer: All sales are final and cannot be cancelled 48 hours after your purchase. You can cancel the order if we receive your email before we start making your dress normally in 48 hours . But you have to know that we will start making your dress as soon as possible after we receive your payment, so please check your order carefully before payment.
16.After Payment,How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
Answer: During the process of purchase, you should receive several emails from us. There will be an email confirming your order information,and we will also email you the tracking number after we ship out your order.

21.Is paying by bank transfer/western union free?
Answer: No,they are not free.You may have to pay a fee when the money is sent to us by Western Union/Bank Transfer.If you pay by bank transfer,please ask your bank to provide you with clear details so you can account for this fee when you pay. For example, if you are paying for a order of $300, and the bank will charge $50 to transfer, please submit for the transfer $350. If you only submit $300 then the payment that arrives with us (in this example) will only be $250 and we won't be able to send your full order.we pays for any bank currency conversion fees within China Merchants Bank. You can submit bank transfer payments in any currency.
